Scallops and Winter Melon Soup

Soak the scallops in advance to soften with water, add some cooking wine in the water

Soak soft scallops, remove them and put them in a steamer to cook. I steamed them together when I was cooking.

Soak the flat tip bamboo shoots in advance to soften

Tear the soaked flat-pointed bamboo shoots into small strips and cut into small pieces for later use

Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into small pieces

Pick up the frying pan, add ginger slices and scallops, and stir

Then add the winter melon cubes and stir well

Add the flat tip bamboo shoots and stir well
9.
Add some cooking wine and stir well

Add appropriate amount of water to boil and cook until the winter melon is soft, add some salt to taste

Add chicken noodles and chopped green onion before cooking

Out of the pot and bowl
Tips:
Because flat-pointed bamboo shoots have a salty taste, the amount of salt in the whole soup should be controlled well
