Low flour, high-gluten flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt are mixed evenly, put in the softened diced butter and knead it into granules by hand, add eggs and milk, mix and knead into a dough

Add the chocolate beans and knead them evenly (if you make the original flavor, please ignore this step), wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then roll them to a thickness of 2 cm

Use a mold to cut into the desired shape and brush a little egg liquid on the surface. Preheat the oven at 190°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Finally, use a toothpick to insert it without adhesion.
