Scotch Fried Egg

Season the pork cubes with salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, and pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes

Put the quail eggs in the pot and cook for two minutes (do not need to be fully cooked)

Peeling quail eggs (this is an arduous project, because quail eggs are not fully cooked, and they may break if you use too much force)

The peeled quail eggs are wrapped in a layer of pork puree, and then pressed with a spoon to shape

Then coat it with a layer of fried powder

Stir the eggs and the right amount of fried powder into an egg batter, put the scotch egg from step 5 into the batter and roll a circle

Fry it in the frying pan until it is golden on both sides.
