Millet Braised Rice

Dice various vegetables, soak the noodles in water, and wash the millet for later use.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute, and add a spoonful of salt.

Smell the scent of green onion, ginger and minced garlic, add the vegetables and stir fry until half cooked.

Add water (more than stew, add millet and vermicelli). Put the lid on, boil the water over high heat, and add the millet.

Bring to a high heat for a minute or two, stir a few times, observe the amount of water, put the vermicelli into the vermicelli, stir a few times, wait until the vermicelli changes color, turn to a low heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, then it can be served.

Any vegetables you want to eat are fine.
