Scrambled Eggs with Chinese Cabbage and Tomato

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into pieces.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into large pieces. (All four)

Mince garlic. Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.

Stir-fry the cabbage until soft.
5.
Stir fry with tomatoes.
6.
Fry the eggs in a separate pot.

After the tomatoes are fried, they are seasoned with salt and sugar. My family likes the sweet and sour taste, so I put more sugar.

Add eggs and stir-fry well.
9.
Add chopped green onion to increase the aroma.
