Scrambled Eggs with Cucumber

Peel the old cucumber, cut it into thin slices, and use salt to remove the moisture.

Wash the killed cucumbers with clean water.

Remove and squeeze the water.

Cut the onion into fine pieces.

Beat the eggs.

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the egg liquid.
