Scrambled Eggs with Toon Sprouts

Remove the roots of the toon buds, wash them, and beat the eggs.

Chop the toon buds with a knife.

Beat the eggs and add salt.

Pour the egg liquid into the toon buds and mix well.

Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the toon egg mixture and stir fry over high heat.

Stir-fry until the egg liquid is solidified, and add some salt to adjust it if the salt is not enough.

Just serve it out.
