Scrambled Eggs with Toon Sprouts

Wash the toon buds and blanch them in boiling water for two minutes until the color turns dark green.

Run it with cold water, dry the water, and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, beat the eggs and fry them until cooked, set aside.

Pour oil in the pan again, pour the toon, sprinkle with salt, stir fry for a while, add the eggs, and stir-fry well. Stir-fry the toon for three to two minutes, it has been blanched before.

Chew more fragrant
Tips:
1. Because I cook less oil and salt, it looks drier. If you want to taste better, you can add more oil to stir-fry.
2. Toon has a unique fragrance, so there is no need to add chicken essence and MSG!
3. Toon is cold in nature and should not be eaten more; nor should it be eaten with milk, otherwise it may cause abdominal distension.
