The soup is fresh and the noodles are chewy.

Sea Cabbage Gnocchi Soup

1. Add eggs, sugar, and warm water to the flour.

2. Stir evenly, and form a dough (my dough is harder), and wake up for 10 minutes.

3. Soak sea cabbage in cold water.

4. Wash carrots, sea cabbage, and green onions, and chop finely.

5. Put oil in a pan, heat it up, add carrots, white onion, and fry until fragrant.

6. Put in cold water and bring to a boil.

7. Then add sea cabbage, salt, and boil.

8. Chop the gnocchi with chopsticks, put it in the soup, cook for 3 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

The noodles and harder ones are more chewy.
