Sea Oyster Pancakes

1. Sea oysters, wash and control dry water

2. Take a container and add sea oysters and sweet potato flour

3. Wash the green onion leaves and garlic and mince it. You can also add only green onion or garlic according to your preference.

4. Add the chopped green onion and garlic to the container, then add the appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine
