Sea Rice and Winter Melon Soup

Soak the sea rice in boiling water for half an hour

Drain and drain the water, save the water soaked in sea rice and don’t throw it away

Put oil in the wok, heat up, add the sea rice and stir fry for a while

Add sliced green onion and ginger and continue to stir fry

Add the cut winter melon slices and continue to stir fry

Add the water that soaked the sea rice just now, then add some water to boil and cook for about 10 minutes until the melon is transparent

The color of the cooked soup will be white

Tips:
Don't throw away the water used to soak the sea rice, use it for the stew, the soup is very fresh
