Sea Rice and Winter Melon Soup

1. Soak the sea rice in boiling water for half an hour

2. Drain and drain the water, save the water soaked in sea rice and don’t throw it away

3. Put oil in the wok, heat up, add the sea rice and stir fry for a while

4. Add sliced green onion and ginger and continue to stir fry

5. Add the cut winter melon slices and continue to stir fry
