Sea Salt Rose Nougat

Prepare the ingredients

Milk powder I use skimmed milk powder, which has a low fat content and a lighter taste. When making it, pour a part of the milk powder on the kneading pad and spread it out.

Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt on low heat

Put the marshmallow in the same low heat and let it heat up slowly

Heat the marshmallows slightly and add sea salt and black sesame seeds

Add half of the milk powder

Turn them over with a silicone spatula, turn off the heat, add the dried rose petals, mix it with a spatula to make the petals stick to the sugar

Take it out and pour it on the pre-spread milk powder, put on disposable gloves and knead it evenly.

Roll it out with a rolling pin

Cut into cubes directly after rolling out, you don’t need to freeze and then cut
