Seafood Crab Congee

Clean the crabs with a toothbrush, remove the cheeks, chop them into pieces and set aside

Remove the black thread from the shrimp, cut the squid into small sections and marinate for 15 minutes with salt and cooking wine, and cut the ginger into very thin strips for later use.

Transfer the boiled porridge to a casserole, add some salt and a little vegetable oil, add half of the ginger and crab, and simmer for 15 minutes

Then add the shrimp and squid and simmer for about 5 minutes

Add pepper, sprinkle in the chopped coriander, add the remaining half of the ginger, stir well and enjoy
