Crab Rice Dumplings with Fresh Meat

1. I added some diced bamboo shoots to my fresh meat, so I can use pure meat

2. Add homemade crab noodles

3. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine

4. Add some salt

5. Add some light soy sauce and ginger juice, stir well and set aside

6. Prepared cold rice porridge

7. I put the rice porridge in the bread bucket first

8. Add glutinous rice flour and form a dough

9. Take out the dough and sprinkle dry powder, knead it with your hands until you can't see the rice grains

10. Rub the long strips into a potion, about 27 grams each

Tips:

Use cold rice porridge and glutinous rice flour to form a dough. This amount is only for reference because the thickness of the porridge is different. Only the final dough is made into a soft glutinous dough!
