Seafood, Mushroom, Winter Melon and Barley Soup

Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into pieces,

Wash seafood mushrooms

Lily wash

Put the pot into clean water, wash the pre-soaked barley and put it in the pot, boil on high heat and then turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes until cooked

Put winter melon and seafood mushroom in the pot

Boil until the winter melon is nearly transparent, add the lily
