Wash the baby vegetables and cut the fungus ham into pellets.

The baby cabbage is cooked in water and placed on the bottom of the plate for later use.

Put oil in the pan, saute the onion, ginger, garlic, add the ham and fungus, and stir fry for a while. Put appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, and collect the juice.

Just pour the juice on the baby cabbage.
