Seasonal Side Dishes---toon Beans

Rinse the toon buds.

Pour water into the pot, add salt, and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, add toon buds and blanch for 2 seconds.

Put it directly into cold water and rinse, and drain the water.
4.
Chop the blanched toon buds.
5.
Boil the soaked soybeans for 5 minutes.
6.
Mix the soybeans and toon sprouts, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
Toon should use fresh and tender toon buds, and should not be blanched for too long.
