Seaweed and Egg Soup

1. Break a piece of seaweed, soak in water and wash.

2. Wash the green onion leaves and set aside.

3. Chop the green onion leaves and set aside.

4. Put oil in the pot, heat up and add the chopped green onion.

5. After sautéing, pour in water and bring to a boil.

6. Beat in the eggs and cook for one minute.

7. Add seaweed and salt.

8. Just put it out of the pot. If there is coriander, you can put some coriander, and the hue will be good.
