Seaweed and Egg Soup

Soak seaweed in water for ten minutes (remove and set aside)

Soak the dried shrimps in water to remove impurities (remove and set aside)

2 eggs in a bowl (mix well and set aside)

Put a little oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, put the dried shrimp into the pan and fry until fragrant

Stir-fry the dried shrimps and add hot water to the boil and add seaweed

After boiling again, slowly beat the egg liquid into the pot for a few seconds and then form together into egg flowers

Add white pepper and salt to taste

Add a little sesame oil (according to personal taste, you can leave it on if you don’t like sesame oil)

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
