Seaweed and Reed Soba Noodles
1.
Prepare the ingredients: soba noodles, disposable laver, and reeds.
2.
After washing the reeds, remove the old roots and cut into sections, and take soba noodles and seaweed suitable for one person.
3.
The fire is opened to slightly boil the soba noodles.
4.
Pick up and put in a bowl for later use.
5.
Put the reeds in a bowl and boil for a while.
6.
Add seaweed and cook together.
7.
Put in an appropriate amount of sea salt to turn off the heat.
8.
Pour the soup into the bowl of soba noodles, add coconut oil and serve.
Tips:
1. It is much more convenient to use this kind of no-wash for laver. 2. Don't cook soba for too long or it will be bad and affect the taste. 3. Convenient seasoning. Sea salt and coconut oil are more healthy and delicious. 4. Adding a little green onion before eating will taste better (it is not light at 7 o'clock in the morning in winter, so I didn't go to the yard to pick green onions).
