I have always liked eating Japanese seaweed snacks. Fortunately, I ate this snack at a vegetarian party not long ago. I also tried and learned to cook a lot of vegetarian dishes. A carnivore like me was completely overwhelmed. It turns out that vegetarian food can be so delicious.

Seaweed Chips

1. Mix flour, vegetable extract, salt and a small amount of water, and stir to form a viscous batter.

2. Spread the batter evenly on the spring roll wrappers.

3. Spread the seaweed on the spring roll skin.

4. Cut the prepared seaweed cake into small pieces of even size.

5. I prefer small and crispy ones, so I cut them into small triangles so that they fry faster.

6. Heat the oil to 180 degrees, put the small pieces into the pan and fry, taking care not to stick the small pieces together.

7. Wait until the seaweed cake becomes a roll, and it will be out of the pan after it changes color.

8. After cooling, it can be packed in a fresh-keeping box as a snack or pre-dinner snack, which is nutritious and healthy.

Tips:

I like to use rice bran to fry things, because rice bran oil has a boiling point of more than 250 degrees, which is very suitable for frying food, with less oily smoke and not greasy.
