Seaweed Roll

Cook the rice in a pot, do not cook too badly, otherwise it will affect the taste. Heat the sesame seeds in a dry pan until it becomes fragrant. After the rice is warm, add salt, sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix well.

Cut ham, cucumber, and carrot into strips (thickness as you like). Beat the egg, season with some salt, fry into a pie and cut into strips and set aside

Spread out the bamboo chops, put a piece of seaweed, and then spread a layer of rice evenly, and then put all the ingredients, pay attention to leave some space at both ends of the seaweed to facilitate closing

Move the bamboo raft up, hold your thumb under the bamboo raft, press the other fingers on the left and right to roll the vegetables forward, roll a circle with the bamboo raft and press tightly, and then press the bamboo raft to fix the whole roll.

Cut it with a knife and place it on the plate (note: after the knife cuts one roll, clean it first, and then cut another roll)
Tips:
Vegetables can be cut into thin strips, and the rolls are more beautiful. The rice should be mixed with salt when it is warm, otherwise the salt will be difficult to melt.
