Laver grows in the sea and is attached to rocks. Pure cyan, it turns purple when taken and dried. Porphyra can also be used as medicine and made into traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effects of resolving phlegm, softening firmness, clearing heat and distilling water, invigorating the kidney and nourishing the heart. My family likes seaweed very much, so I put it in soup and wontons. The seaweed used to make a soup today also tastes good.

Seaweed Soup

1. Boil cold water in the pot

2. In the morning, the meat dragon is left with some minced meat (if fresh, it is minced minced meat with sesame oil, soy sauce, scallion, ginger, and salt)

3. Make it into a ball and put it in the pot to cook

4. Beat two eggs

5. Wash the coriander and mince when cooking the meatballs

6. Take another soup bowl, shred the seaweed and put the coriander in the bowl

7. Add appropriate amount of vinegar

8. A pinch of pepper

9. Add some salt after the meatballs are cooked

10. Spread the egg liquid and pour it into the pot, turn off the heat when the egg liquid solidifies

11. Pour the prepared soup in a bowl and stir evenly

Tips:

If there is no meat filling, I usually use egg drop soup on the seaweed, and some shrimp skin is also delicious.
