Seaweed stewed tofu is a daily edible dish that can lose weight and can be used as an auxiliary diet therapy for hyperthyroidism, cervical lymphatic tuberculosis, high blood pressure, and hyperlipidemia. It nourishes the middle and nourishes qi, and also has the effects of softening and dispelling lumps, clearing heat and distilling water, reducing blood pressure and relieving asthma.

Seaweed Stewed Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Kelp cut into diamond-shaped slices

3. Diced tofu

4. Bring water to a boil, add a little salt, add tofu and blanch for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside

5. Add oil and heat, add green onion and ginger until fragrant

6. Add kelp and stir fry a few times

7. Add tofu and simmer for ten minutes

8. Add salt to taste, turn off the heat and add pepper, mix well

Tips:

Tofu is not easy to break when blanched and stewed
