Sesame Breadsticks

After the oil method, knead all the ingredients except the unsalted butter until the surface is smooth, add butter and continue to knead until the expansion stage

Put it in a warm place and make it double the size. After one fermentation is complete, roll the dough into a large rectangle with a thickness of about 0.3 cm. After the surface is evenly brushed with egg white, sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, and flatten it by hand.

Use a knife and ruler to cut the dough into strips about 0.7 cm wide. Arrange them into the baking pan. Turn the two ends of the dough in opposite directions to make the dough spiral. Place it in the baking pan and put it in the oven for two times. Second fermentation, time 20~30 minutes, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the middle and bake for about 15 minutes
