Sesame Glutinous Rice Cake

Put glutinous rice noodles in a basin, add a spoonful of lard (the purpose is to soften glutinous rice)

First melt the lard with warm and hot water, then add a little bit of water to mix the noodles, control the amount of water, and soften it.

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and let the noodles rise for 30 minutes

Flatten

Brush water on the surface, sticky sesame seeds

Add oil to the pot and broil it over a small fire

Turn over and bake (better use an electric baking pan, don’t need to turn over, the sesame seeds will not fall off)
9.
Just burn it
Tips:
These cakes are enough for a family of three, don't make too much, they will harden the next day.
