Sesame Oil Bamboo Shoots Dried Shreds

Dry bamboo shoots: Rinse the dried bamboo shoots. After soaking for 24 hours, cut off the old roots and clean them again. Put them in a pressure cooker and cook for about 30 minutes. Leave them to cool without opening the lid. If you can’t eat too much at one time, you can soak in clean cold water and change the water every day

Cut the dried bamboo shoots into thin strips, add shredded ginger and red pepper, add salt and sugar
