Burn Three Silk

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Shred tenderloin, shred sea cucumber, chopped green onion

3. The tenderloin is marinated with a little light soy sauce and starch for ten minutes (the amount of starch and light soy sauce here is not listed in the ingredient list)

4. Boil the sea cucumbers in hot water for 10 seconds and remove them for later use

5. Sprinkle the tenderloin in a hot pan with cold oil, fry until the tenderloin becomes whitish and serve.

6. Stir the scallions in a hot pan with hot oil

7. Add shredded pork loin, sea cucumber and bamboo shoots, stir fry, add salt and sugar and stir well

8. Pour in an appropriate amount of broth, bring to a boil and turn to medium-low heat for 5 minutes

9. Pour in water and starch to thicken
