The northeastern vermicelli I bought from a treasure is really amazing. My sister’s domestic chicken is fatter, and it is very delicious when it is stewed with vermicelli.

Stewed Chicken with Vermicelli

1. Cut chicken into pieces, add water to boil, slices to remove foam

2. Add soy sauce and ginger, cooking wine

3. 10 minutes for high fire, 30 minutes for medium fire

4. Add the soaked vermicelli and dried bamboo shoots

5. Continue to simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes

6. Sprinkle with chives

7. Just accept the soup

Tips:

Vermicelli and dried bamboo shoots should be soaked before use
