I bought a little Korean kimchi and kept it in the refrigerator. The taste is really good. When I opened the door of the refrigerator, the whole room was full of kimchi, so I just took it out and made a chowder soup.

Kimchi Soup

1. Kimchi

2. Kimchi cut into sections

3. Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots

4. Wash the shiitake mushrooms

5. Dried bamboo shoots

6. Dried bamboo shoots blanched

7. Blanched shiitake mushrooms

8. Heat oil in a pan, saute the shallots and garlic

9. Add kimchi and stir fry until fragrant

10. Add the dried bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

11. Add water

12. Put in a spoonful of Korean hot sauce

13. Add oyster sauce

14. Add enoki mushrooms after boiling

15. Add sugar after boiling again

16. Add salt to taste

Tips:

The shiitake mushrooms and dried bamboo shoots are blanched in advance to reduce the time when they are cooked.
