Sesame Paste with Fungus

Put the sesame seeds in a wok and fry until fragrant.

The sauteed sesame seeds are put into a food processor and powdered.

Remove the stems of the black fungus, wash, tear into small flowers, put in a food processor, add appropriate amount of water to make a paste.

Put the fungus paste into a boiling pot, add rock sugar and boil.
5.
Add the beaten sesame powder, mix into a paste and cook for one minute before serving.
