Sesame Peanut Cake

1. Pour an appropriate amount of flour and baking powder into the basin, and melt the yeast in the water. If you don’t like baking powder, you can leave it alone. Normal sowing is fine. I put it because there is not enough yeast. Put all together and knead it into a non-sticky dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment. Make the gaps in the dough and make peanut filling.

2. The amount of peanuts is appropriate. I use small peanuts grown by my father. I put them in the oven and bake them for ten minutes. The roasted peanuts are not yet crispy, take them out and let them cool and fragrant and crisp.

3. The amount of black sesame seeds is right, let the seller break it directly after buying it.

4. After letting the peanuts cool and become brittle, put them in a blender and beat them lightly. I like to eat the peanuts with a little bit more granules. If you like the broken ones, you can continue to beat them a few more times.

5. Prepare a small bowl and put in the peanuts and black sesame seeds. Pour in the appropriate amount of white sugar. Put the amount of sugar according to your own taste. Taste it after you adjust it. If the sweetness is just right, the finished product will not be very sweet. You like sweetness. You can put a little bit more. The peanut filling is very sweet, and the finished product will have a sweet taste. (I just put a lot of sugar, hehe)

6. Knead the dough into strips, cut them into small pieces, roll them into slices like usual buns, put in peanut stuffing, and close the mouth. Put the closing part down. Put the finished pie in a non-stick pan and fry it on a low fire. Because the dough can be fermented again, the finished product is chubby. You must eat it while it is hot.
