I made it with my mother before, but I haven’t sent it yet. I haven’t fried sesame and peanuts before. My mother said that it won’t get angry, but it tastes very good. Next time I will make a cooked sesame peanut 😊 😊. "

Sesame Peanut Candied Rice Cake

1. Knead the glutinous rice flour into a dough with warm water.

2. Put raw sesame seeds, raw peanuts and white granulated sugar in a soymilk machine to make powder for later use.

3. Add a little dry powder to the dough and knead it into strips and divide them into individual doses.

4. Knead the small dough like a bun and wrap the sesame filling in, then seal the mouth and round it a bit. (The skin should be thicker when wrapping, otherwise the filling will leak out easily)

5. Put the stuffed glutinous rice cakes on the steamer rack, add boiling water and steam for about 10 minutes.

6. Steamed glutinous rice cake.

7. Finished picture.

Tips:

1. The sesame and peanuts have not been fried before. If you like to eat more fragrant, you can fry them in a pan and then beat them into powder to make fillings.
2. The glutinous rice cake should be wrapped thicker, otherwise the filling will easily leak out, because the white sugar will melt when it encounters heat.
