Sesame Peanut Candy

Ingredients: peanuts, sesame seeds, sugar, maltose

Put the peanuts in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Be careful not to over-bake

Peel the peanuts and use a rolling pin to crush them. Do not roll them too much or they will taste bad.

The sesame seeds are fried in a pan until they become yellow.

Put a little water in the pot, add sugar and maltose
6.
Slowly boil the fire until it turns into a burnt yellow color with many small bubbles.

Pour in sesame and peanuts and stir well

Pour it on the baking tray while it is hot and use a rolling pin to smooth it out
9.
Slice while it's still warm
