Sesame Sauce Shortbread

Mix the yeast powder and warm water, add flour and knead it into a smooth dough, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Stir the sesame paste, pepper powder, and fine sugar evenly.

Roll out the proofed dough thin.

Pour all the sauce on top and smooth it out.

Roll it up and pull it back while curling it so that it will be thinner and more layered.

Cut into 8 portions and pinch the cut tightly.

Press the dough upright and flatten it.

After rolling out, brush with honey water and dip in sesame seeds.

Put it evenly on the baking tray, and brush a little oil if you don’t line it with greased paper.

Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, and set the tube up and down at 170 degrees for 16 minutes.
