Sesame Spinach Tower

Sauté sesame seeds until fragrant;

Put half a pot of water in a pot to boil, add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and blanch the spinach until it is just broken;

Pick up and put on a sieve to filter the water, and blanch the medlars to soften;

In a bowl, add 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of Chinese pepper oil, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of cooked sesame. Stir a few times;

Put the blanched vegetables in the seasoning bowl and mix well;

In order to look better, put a portion of the spinach in a straight dish cup and press it;

Then buckle upside down in a plate, put goji berry seeds on the surface for decoration.
Tips:
1. Add some salt when blanching the dishes to make the dishes have a bit of bottom flavor;
2. Put some oil when blanching vegetables. Make the color of the dish brighter;
3. It doesn't take too long to blanch the spinach. After putting the vegetables in boiling water, you can pick them up after a few turns;
