Take out the fermented dough and knead it for air.

Divide out 32 grams of dough and a 20 grams of dough, 32 grams for ears, and 20 grams for hands and feet.

Divide the remaining dough into two portions, add 2 grams of red yeast rice powder to one portion and knead it into a pink dough. Reserve another 10 grams of white dough and make a bow later.

Divide the two-color dough into 8 portions, cover tightly and let the dough rise for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, round the two-color dough and place it in an 8-inch baking pan as shown in the figure. Put it into the oven, start the fermentation function, put a bowl of warm water and the bread dough to ferment for 30 minutes to double the size. (If it is not a non-stick bakeware, grease it)

Take advantage of the fermentation time to make bear ears. Take out 32 grams of dough and divide it into 16 small doses. Knead into small strips and connect the ends to form bear ears.

Take out the second-made noodles and drain the ears with some water on the white ends as shown in the figure.

Divide another 20 grams of dough into 20 portions and knead into small balls to make bear hands and feet.

Then arrange the small balls into the red dough as shown in the figure.

Roll out the reserved 10 grams of white dough, cut into four small pieces, and squeeze the center into a bow.

Finally, arrange the bow into the red dough as shown in the figure. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Put the bread dough into the middle of the oven, and bake it at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

After the bread cools down, use melted chocolate or a chocolate pen to draw the outline of the bear.
