Shacha Beef Braised Noodles
1.
Wash and cut the cabbage, peel the carrot, wash and shred, and shred the onion for later use
2.
Beef slices and spare
3.
Take a container and put an appropriate amount of broth (about 200ml) in it. If there is no broth, just use water.
4.
Put appropriate amount of soy sauce, pepper, sugar, shacha sauce, steak sauce in the broth, stir all well and set aside
5.
Put the cut beef slices into a non-stick pan and fry. While frying, add some garlic slices and chili (I don’t eat spicy, so I didn’t put them) and fry until the beef slices are colored on both sides
6.
Pour the fried beef slices and the fried soup into the prepared sauce
7.
Mix the noodles and other ingredients into the rice cooker, add some salt to taste, and stir them evenly with chopsticks
8.
Plug in the rice cooker and press to cook, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. After the noodles are simmered and cooked, stir with chopsticks to serve.
