Shacha Beef Rice

While the beef roll is still hard, tear it into small pieces.

Add 1 spoon of cooking wine and an egg white, mix well with chopsticks, then add 2 spoons of King Shacha King and mix well.

Add a little cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put butter in a hot pan.

Pour in the onion and sauté for a while.

Pour the marinated beef and slowly break it up with chopsticks. Burn on a small fire until it changes color.

Pour some water, just before the fat cow. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread the fat beef and soup evenly on the rice, beat an egg. Cover the lid, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, and simmer for a few minutes after turning off the heat.
