Shandong Spicy Chicken

Material processing: local chicken is chopped into tasty chunks; green onion, ginger and garlic are cut into sections and slices; dried red pepper, star anise, and cinnamon are scrubbed; sharp pepper is cut with a rolling blade;

Put the chicken nuggets into a pot with cold water, boil over medium heat, and remove any foam;

Add the green peppers, stir-fry on high heat, collect the juice until the soup thickens, and it is ready. (If you don't think it is salty, you can add some salt)

1. You must use fresh local chicken to taste delicious. You can use chicken thighs, chicken wings, etc. The taste is slightly worse.
2. The sweet noodle sauce is very flavorful, but it must be stir-fried until it is fragrant.
3. If you like spicy taste, just add chili as much as you like; if you can't eat spicy food, add less.
