Leishayuan is one of the famous flavors of Shanghai Qiaojiazha dim sum restaurant. It has a history of more than 70 years. It is made by rolling a layer of special dried bean paste powder on top of various cooked dumplings. It has both delicious gnocchi and aroma of adzuki beans. Because there is no soup, it is easy to carry, suitable for hot and cold, and has unique characteristics.
