Sherbet

Soak the agar in cold water for half an hour, and it will be soaked. Wait for the backup.

Pour the juice into a saucepan and heat it, add the soaked agar, just boil the agar, don't boil the juice, and then add sugar to taste. If you don't like sweetness, you can leave out the sugar.

After it's cooked, pour it into a small mold and it's OK. If I don't have one, I will use my husband's small teacup, which is equally practical. Put it in the refrigerator to cool down and eat it at night.

Tips:
Don't boil the juice, just boil the agar.
