Prepare materials

Wash the blueberries for later use, and remove the seeds after washing the grapes

Put the two materials in a blender to break up

Add white sugar and stir well

Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix well

Add 200 grams of water and juice and beat evenly, then pour into the milk pot and boil

After cooling, put it into ice tray mold

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 6-8 hours
Tips:
1. The sherbet materials are not limited and can be matched at will.
2. Egg whites beaten to 7 minutes are added to the original formula, which can slow down the melting speed of frost. There are children to eat so I didn't add it!
3. To have a better taste, the whipped juice can be sieved to remove the dander.
