Shigure is a kind of wagashi. It was originally a dessert. I modified it slightly and turned it into a salty dessert. It also tastes unique.

Ingredients

1. 12 servings

2. Baidousha + half an egg yolk, stir well and put in the microwave for 50 seconds

3. After 1 let cool, add the other half of the egg yolk and stir well

4. Combine glutinous rice flour and baking powder, sift into 2 and mix well with a spatula

5. Divide 4 into 12 parts and group them into balls

Tips:

You should put less baking powder, otherwise the taste will be strange. The point of adding baking powder here is to make the finished product crack under high temperature.
