Curry Salmon Baked Sushi

Add 100ML of water to the curry cubes.

Put it in the microwave and heat on high heat for 2 minutes.

After heating, take out and stir in mirin.

After the curry sauce cools, add salmon and black pepper.

Mix the curry sauce with salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. After the salmon is marinated, put it in the preheated oven at 210 degrees and bake it for 15-20 minutes.

After the salmon is cooked, take it out for later use.

Stir the rice with Japanese-style soy sauce.

Take an appropriate amount of rice and put it in the plastic wrap.

Wrap the rice tightly in plastic wrap.

Take apart the cling film, use your thumb to put the top cling film into the center of the rice to form a mushroom shape and set the shape for 5 minutes.

Remove the sushi wrap, take out a little bit of the grilled salmon and place it in the center of the sushi rice.

Arrange the sushi on a heat-resistant plate.

Use a mold to press out cheese slices the size of sushi, or directly cut them into squares with a knife and place them on the sushi.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the sushi in the upper layer of the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, and roast the cheese until it is soft and melted. Finally, sprinkle a little seaweed powder on the cheese and serve.
Tips:
-There are small fish bones in the salmon meat, so check it when you take out the salmon meat before putting it in the sushi.
-Salmon can be cooked in a non-stick pan.
-Sandwich cheese slices can be replaced with mozzarella cheese.
