Shiitake Spare Ribs Soup

1. Prepare Shiitake

2. Clean and peel off the skin

3. Cut in half

4. Ribs cleaned

5. Boil the bleeding water in a pot, remove and rinse

6. Prepare sliced ginger and pepper
