Shimeji Mushroom Roasted Winter Melon

Peel and wash the winter melon, cut into small squares on the side of the skin; wash and tear the shimeji mushroom into small pieces; shred the ginger and dice the green onion; mix the minced meat with starch and salt.

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the ginger and fry the winter melon for a while.

Put the winter melon on one side, add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add salt and pepper and stir well, add some water and simmer for a while

Put the winter melon shimeji mushroom on one side, add minced meat, and loosen.

Season to taste, thicken it and serve.
Tips:
1. Winter melon is cool in nature and should not be eaten raw.
2. People with spleen and stomach deficiency and kidney deficiency should not take more.
