Braised Ribs

Wash the ribs, cool the pot under the water, add some peppercorns, and boil water

After the water has boiled, after two minutes, remove the ribs and drain the water

Scallion, ginger, garlic and dried chili are ready

Heat the pan, add oil, add sugar when it’s hot, and fry the sugar

Put in the ribs, stir fry back and forth, color each piece

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili, stir fry for a fragrance, add light soy sauce, cooking wine

Add boiling water, not over the ribs, add the peppercorns after the water is boiled, reduce the heat, cover and start to boil
8.
After 15 minutes, add a small amount of salt, after another five minutes, the juice can be collected on high heat
