If the egg is smaller than 50 grams, you can use milk to make up. On the contrary, if the egg is slightly larger, reduce the amount of milk.

The kneaded dough is placed in a basin and covered with plastic wrap for fermentation. If the weather is cold, if your home is at room temperature, you can also put the dough in the bread machine to ferment, and wait for the dough to ferment to 2.5~3 times its original size.

Take out the dough, knead the dough after exhausting, divide it into 6 equal doughs, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin. Then roll the oval dough from top to bottom.

Put the shaped bread into the baking tray and put it into the oven. Remember to put some hot water at the bottom of the oven, which will not only increase the humidity but also accelerate the fermentation of the bread. After everything is done, the baking pan is fermented a second time.
