Shredded Cabbage

Tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces and slice the stalks.

Stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil.

Add minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of bean paste and sauté until fragrant.

Stir-fry the cabbage over fire.

Tips:
The bean paste is salty, but no salt is added. Stir-fried dishes are more crispy.
